its an honour to write to you ,
sir i citizen of india has been harrased /mentaly tourcher/ Life threat/ THREATS over ph on several times by
* maw earth movers pvt ltd , pan no: 303370754 , mr vishnu kumar agarwal MD
* Dealer of JCB india ltd in tripureshwar/dhobighat, kathmandu, Nepal
we transported JCB machines from pune to nepal borders ( Raxaul / Sonauli ) & freight bills are dues .refer attachments
please protect me/ help me /and we seek help from the LPAI, govt.of india for my freight bills dues from maw earth movers pvt ltd ,NEPAL
sir on several occasions when i was in kathmandu and even now when i am in my india ,they have been a threat on my life ,in several manners by maw earth movers peoples & its associates
many times i am sad & a feeling comes in mind -
Can i approach my government ? will the govt help/ protect me ?
Can the department, Hold MAW trade ? for defaulting in freight payment dues to an Indian
MAW is enjoying Tax Free trade from india & minting 2500 crores trade
and in return MAW is defaulting in freight payment dues to india,
then i see my tri colour flag & my spirit goes high and says YES, we can ,govt will help me
the amount dues on them is INR 1,12,28,580.50 , my business has come to stand still, losses are mounting up, unable to pay my EMI to bankers, livings, school fees, staff etc
we REQUEST you as well as your good offices to help me
sir this MAW is also dealer of SKODA cars, YAMAHA bikes, GREAVES gensets etc & does Trade income of 2500 crores from india via raxaul /sonauli border
i have been a good citizen of my INDIA & assure you,i shall do good for my country in what ever manner i can, till i live on this mother india
with folded hands i plead you all, HELP ME
