Ms. Rekha Raikar Kumar is an ICAS Officer of 1995 batch. She has joined as Member (Finance)  LPAI w.e.f. 01.11.2021. Before joining LPAI, she was serving as Jt. CGA, PFMS Division, O/o CGA, DoE, MoF, ND. She has experience of working with field offices of various Ministries like H&FW, CBIC, CBDT, Deptt. of Eco Affairs, DoE, Department of Atomic Energy, MoD, MoL&E and MSD&E. She holds M.Sc. Shri. Col. Giteshdeep Singh Sandhu is an officer of 2001 batch Indian Army. He has worked as Director (Projects) Land Ports Authority of India (LPAI) since January 2022. Before joining LPAI, he has varied experience and held appointments in the Corps of Engineer, Army Aviation, MES and Area HQ. He holds a M.Tech Degree in Thermal Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.

Shri Madhukar Pandey is serving as Deputy Secretary at LPAI since June 2024. With 22 years of experience, he has expertise in policy formulation, flagship scheme implementation, infrastructure projects, and administrative and financial management. His roles span ministries such as Housing and Urban Affairs, Home Affairs, and Education. He holds an LL.B from Delhi University, an MBA in Finance from LNMI, Patna, and a PGDCA. He has over 100 certifications on the IGoT platform of Mission Karmayogi.

Shri Bikash Krishna has been serving as Under Secretary (Finance) at LPAI since June 2024. He belongs to AFHQ CS Cadre under the Ministry of Defence. Before joining LPAI, he worked as Admin Offr at DGMT, Indian Army. He has also experience working with the Indian Air Force & Indian Navy. Shri Bhupendra Singh Rawat is Deputy Commandant of Border Security Force. Before Joining LPAI on deputation he served in various capacities in BSF and other organisations.
