LPAI strongly believes in providing a safe and secure working environment free from sexual harassment for all women employees and staff. It is responsible for complying with prohibition, prevention, and redressal of workplace sexual harassment. In compliance with the provisions of Chapter III of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act (2013), LPAI has constituted an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC), which comprises of 1 Chairperson and 4 Members.
